A Seaside Proposal In Hersonissos, Crete

Fernando and Tahirah from the Netherlands flew to Crete for a late summer getaway. On one warm September evening, Fernando suggested a sunset stroll along the seaside of Hersonissos before dinner. What seemed like a simple walk turned into the most magical surprise.

There were no spotlights or grand gestures, just intimacy and sincerity. Hidden behind the bushes was a photographer, ready to capture the big moment as Fernando led Tahirah to the water’s edge. Completely unaware of what was about to happen, she was stunned when the photographer suddenly appeared, bouquet in hand, just as Fernando asked her to marry him.

Overjoyed, Tahirah said yes, and the couple shared a short engagement shoot right there along the seafront, with the sea breeze and golden sky as their backdrop. Afterwards, they headed to a nearby restaurant, beautifully decorated with rose petals, glowing candles, and fresh flowers in all the pink and white hues Fernando had chosen for his beloved fiancée.

The evening was filled with joy, laughter, and love. Fernando and Tahirah were over the moon, soaking in every precious moment of their engagement on this unforgettable night in Crete. It was truly wonderful working with Fernando to plan such a heartfelt proposal and we would do it all over again in a heartbeat!
